Subscription billing
All paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled before the next billing date.
Accepted payment methods
We accept credit cards and debit cards. Access is activated after payment confirmation.
Wire transfer handling
Wire transfers must include the payer name and subscription reference. Access is enabled once funds clear and are verified.
Renewals and cancellations
You may cancel before renewal to avoid the next month’s charge. No prorated refunds are guaranteed for partially used billing periods unless required by law.
Chargebacks and fraud checks
We reserve the right to suspend access during payment disputes, suspected fraud, or compliance reviews.
Taxes and currency
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and processor fees are the customer’s responsibility.
